trying to believe
that i am growing wings
that were measured just for me,
and when the voice inside
has something to say…
that it’s something
i can trust.

Published in December 2022, and derived from her longer prose piece something i can trust, trying to believe that i am growing wings that were measured just for me is a poem that butterflies rising wrote about her journey of soul-searching and her struggle with uncertainty in the unknown. Even in that uncertainty, she is trying to trust her path and have faith that the life that is unfolding around her is always perfectly guided and as perfectly happening for her highest good.
