soulmate stardust…
the universe puts
little bits of stardust in them;
memory dust… soul traces…
so we can know.
ones that say things like…
i remember you.
i’ve been looking for you.
i couldn’t come here and
not find you… i had to find you.
i am for you.
and when we’re near them,
they don’t have to say a thing;
we feel it in our senses…
we just know.
– butterflies rising
This is a butterflies rising poem that was inspired by a micropoem she had in her first book wild spirit, soft heart’ called ‘it’s how i know’:
when i look at you,
the way all my senses shift,
the way my soul sways…
it’s how i know.
The miropeom was written about the way that you can feel someone’s energy and how just their presence can affect you so strongly. She then wrote the poem ‘soulmate stardust’ about the reasoning behind that pull to them. That the universe gives them little bits of stardust that are there just for you so that you know their soul is in there when you are near them.
